Résumé : Le benzovindiflupyr est un nouveau fongicide à large spectre issue de la recherche Syngenta et appartenant au groupe des SDHI. SOLATENOLTM est une marque Syngenta pour décrire le benzovindiflupyr. Son efficacité intrinsèque contre des pathogènes majeurs, combinée à une forte affinité pour la cuticule cireuse des feuilles permet d’avoir une protection robuste et durable. Il a montré un excellent niveau de performance contre la rouille du soja (Phakopsora pachyrhizi). Il est également efficace contre un large spectre de maladies foliaires présentes sur les céréales (Zymoseptoria tritici, Puccinia spp., Ramularia collo-cygni, Rhynchosporium secalis, Pyrenophora teres) et sur d'autres cultures telles que les pommiers (Venturia inaequalis), les pommes de terre (Alternaria spp.), les cultures légumières (oïdium, alternariose, anthracnose), le maïs (Puccinia sorghi, Cercospora zeae-maydis) et les arachides (Puccinia arachidis, Sclerotium rolfsii).

Abstract : Benzovindiflupyr is a new broad spectrum fungicide from Syngenta research and which belongs to the SDHI group. SOLATENOLTM is a trademark of Syngenta for the active ingredient benzovindiflupyr. The strong affinity to the target enzyme succinate dehydrogenase results in very high intrinsic activity on key pathogens. Combined with a strong association with the plant’s wax layer, it provides reliable and long lasting disease control. Benzovindiflupyr has shown outstanding activity against soybean rust (Phakopsora pachyrhizi). It is also active on a broad spectrum of diseases in cereals (Zymoseptoria tritici, Puccinia spp., Ramularia collo-cygni, Rhynchosporium secalis, Pyrenophora teres) and other crops including pome fruits (Venturia inaequalis), potatoes (early blight), vegetables (powdery mildew, early blight, anthracnose), corn (Puccinia sorghi, Cercospora zeae-maydis) and peanuts (Puccinia arachidis, Sclerotium rolfsii).
