Abstract : Phytophthora infestans and Rhizoctonia solani, causal agents of potato late blight and black scurf in Solanum tuberosum crops, are two pathogens regularly responsible for important damages. Here we tested the effects of microbial biocontrol agents (SOL) alone or in combination with plant defence stimulators (PDS) and natural active compounds on the development of potato late blight in vivo (in pots) under lab conditions on var. ‘Désirée’. In further work, we assessed the efficiency of microbial biocontrol agents, applied at different timing, on the development of black scurf on var. ‘Bintje’ tubercules under the same lab conditions.
Keywords : potato late blight, black scurf, plant defence stimulator, biocontrol agents, active substances
