Résumé : Quali-Site®, mis en place en 2005 par Syngenta avec l’appui d’un consultant en ergo-toxicologie, est un service d’analyse des pratiques et d’amélioration des situations de travail vis-à-vis du risque chimique en stations de semences. Il obtient en 2014 la certification de service Qualicert du groupe certificateur SGS conformément au référentiel « Diagnostic des pratiques et sensibilisation aux risques d’expositions chimiques en stations de semences » accrédité par le COFRAC (5). En 2018 plus d’une station sur deux est engagée dans la démarche et des outils dérivés de type E-Learning permettent de déployer les enseignements de plus de 10 ans de prestation.

Abstract : Quali-Site® was developed in 2005 by Syngenta with the help of an ergo-toxicologist consultant in order to analyze the labor practices regarding the chemical risk in seeds stations with the objective to upgrade the operator safety. In 2014 Quali-Site® is certified by Qualicert from the SGS Group, certification of service, according to the reference protocol “Diagnosis of practices and awareness to chemical exposure risk in seed stations” by COFRAC(5). Now days more than half of the stations are involved in Quali-Site® and some training tools have been developed to roll out the learnings of more than 10 years of Quali-Site®.
