Abstract : In order to test new treatments against sclerotinia stem root in oilseed rape, experimentations are carried out. Those field trials are significant only if there is enough sclerotinia infection, which is related to defined weather conditions of temperature and relative humidity. A model based on hourly data of temperature and relative humidity into the crop canopy is being developed in order to provide a modelisation of weather conditions in favor of sclerotinia stem root infection. This model is being developed to distinguish situations from the risk of disease with Sclerotinia sclerotiorum and to identify the weather conditions that are limiting or increasing sclerotinia stem root infection in winter oilseed rape.
