Résumé : La Coopérative engage une réflexion sur comment mieux conseiller demain dans un contexte de transition vers l’agroécologie. L’accompagnement des agriculteurs dans des projets de transition vers la production intégrée est un nouveau volet est apparu depuis quelques années. Cette évolution oblige de facto les conseillers d’exploitations à donner une nouvelle dimension à leur conseil : le conseil stratégique en agroécologie. L’étude se base sur l’exemple de l’accompagnement du projet d’exploitation de Jean-Paul VARENNE (agriculteur) vers le développement de la protection intégrée dans une rotation céréalière. Une projection du projet d’aménagement paysager en faveur de la biodiversité a été imaginée comme nouveau format de conseil. En parallèle, un travail de prototypage de système de cultures a été conduit par Cécilia VUZE, conseillère d’exploitation visant à réduire la pression des adventices. Les résultats mettent en avant la possibilité de réduire l’utilisation des produits phytosanitaires au sein de l’exploitation. L’augmentation du cout du conseil lié aux nouveaux services proposés reste actuellement la principale limite du développement à grande échelle de cette nouvelle approche.

Abstract : The cooperative considers the way of advising the producers in the context of agro-ecological transition. For the cooperative Ocealia, the technical advising is at the heart of the service provided to the producer. A new approach has been settled for several years: the accompanying of producers in integrated transition projects. This evolution forces the farm advisor to have a new approach of their advising: the strategic advising in agro-ecology. This study is carried on the accompanying of the transition of Jean-Paul Varenne’s farm toward integrated protection in cereal production. A plan of the farm landscaping project in favour of biodiversity has been used as a new tool for advising the transition. In parallel, Cécilia Vuze, Mr Varenne’s technical counsellor, has prototyped a new crop system in order to reduce the weeds pressure. This study highlights the possibility of reducing the use of phytosanitary products on a farm. The economic study shows that the farm landscaping project has to be considered in a period of ten years, and requires 50 euros/ ha/ year. Planting hedges is a priority in this project. The cost of this new type of counselling for an agro-ecological transition project is the main limitation of its development.
